To be placed on the notification list requires absolutely nothing except an email to me with name and contact number and email address. You may request to be placed on a list to be notified of Litter arrivals. I will notify those that have requested to be placed on the notification list through email or text in the order that the requests were made, if there are any available puppies. This does not guarantee that you will get the puppy that you want, but you will be notified as soon as any puppies are available/posted on the website.

To be placed on the SECURED WAITLIST requires a $200 nonrefundable deposit. Your $200 SECURED WAIT LIST DEPOSIT will be applied towards the $500 NONREFUNDABLE HOLDING DEPOSIT after puppies are born and you make your choice within the stated time frame for that litter, the $300 balance for the holding deposit is due. ( Usually by 14 days, Unless litter is being evaluated for my Program. In that instance picks can be made at 4 weeks.)  Those placing a SECURED WAIT LIST DEPOSIT  will be given first choice of the puppies, male or female of their choice, in the order that their deposits were placed. Your SECURED WAIT LIST DEPOSIT guarantees sex only, not color or size.

**SECURED WAIT LIST DEPOSITS ARE NONREFUNDABLE **

Should there not be the gender you requested, or not enough puppies, you may transfer to a different or upcoming litter ONE TIME. ** This is the only way a deposit will be transferred [Please note that if any upcoming litter has previous deposits, those previous deposits will have priority]*****

Once the puppies are chosen, $300 additional for a total of $500 NONREFUNDABLE HOLDING DEPOSIT is required to hold the puppy of your choice until it is ready for pick up at eight weeks of age. No puppy will be considered on hold until we have received your full holding deposit. If you have already placed a SECURED WAITLIST DEPOSIT  of $200, then an additional $300 is required at that time. All puppy deposits are nonrefundable. The only exception would be if something unforeseeable was to happen to your puppy, in which case your deposit would be:        1. fully refunded, or 2. You may choose to apply your SECURED WAITLIST DEPOSIT towards the purchase of another puppy of equal value from another litter if available, or an upcoming litter. If buyer chooses another puppy of higher quality, they will be responsible for payment difference.

The deposit signifies good intent on behalf of the buyer to follow through with a purchase transaction of a puppy. ***((Please remember I reserve the right to have first pick of any litter))***

Deposits may be made with money order, personal check, cash, or PayPal.

Any insufficient check is automatic forfeiture of your secured waitlist deposit, and you will be removed from the secured waitlist immediately.

Once you have decided on Bagosy’s Boston Terriers and are ready to place your SECURED WAITLIST DEPOSIT we will hold your spot for ten days while waiting to receive your deposit. If you are arranging transport your puppy must be paid in full by six weeks of age, and picked up at eight weeks of age unless other approved arrangements are made in advance. It is agreed that the buyer accepts all responsibility for any additional boarding fees beyond eight weeks of age. For puppies being picked up in person, if your final payment has not been received by the time your puppy is eight weeks old, balance must be paid in cash only on pick up. You are welcome to pay for your puppy in full at any time prior to six weeks of age.
